New, used, or something in between?
Most freight jobs don't need a new pallet — they need a soundone. That's why our catalog leads with recycled pallets: inspected, repaired, and sorted into clear grades so you buy exactly the strength you need and nothing you don't. When a job genuinely demands fresh lumber — an odd footprint, a heavy point load, or an ISPM-15 export shipment — our new & custom builds step in.
Beyond the deck itself, accessories turn a flat pallet into a reusable container system, and our upcycled goods prove that even a pallet too tired to ship still has a design life ahead of it. Not sure where you fit? Skim the buying guide or send us a photo of your load.

Product questions, answered
Do you sell single pallets or only in bulk?
Both. Walk-ins can grab a handful of recycled pallets at the 7225 S Kolb Rd yard, and we also fulfill pallet-load and truckload orders across Southern Arizona. Volume pricing kicks in on larger orders — request a quote for exact numbers.
Which product is cheapest?
Recycled pallets, almost always. A graded, repaired used 48×40 GMA typically runs a fraction of a new build while doing the same job. New and custom pallets cost more because they're cut fresh to your spec.
Can I mix products in one order?
Yes. It's common to pair recycled pallets with a stack of collars, or to order custom export pallets alongside standard recycled units for domestic freight. Put it all on one quote and we'll price and schedule it together.
Do you deliver, or is it pickup only?
We do both. Pick up at the yard, or have us haul products to your dock — see our logistics service. Delivery cost depends on volume and distance and is quoted up front.
Everything under one roof, at a glance
Four product families, one yard on South Kolb Road. Here's the whole catalog in a single view — what each line covers, who tends to buy it, and roughly what it costs. Every number is illustrative; grade, size, quantity and finish move it, so treat this as a map, not a price list.
| Product family | What's in it | New / recycled | Typical buyer | Illustrative range* |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Recycled pallets | 48×40 GMA plus rotating footprints, graded A/B/C | Recycled | Shippers, warehouses, DIY | ~$5–$12 each |
| New & custom pallets | Stringer & block builds, odd sizes, ISPM-15 export | New | Exporters, heavy-load shippers | ~$18–$45+ each |
| Accessories | Collars, lids, caps, skids, crates, corner boards, bins | Both | Ops building reusable containers | Collars ~$14–$30 |
| Upcycled goods | Furniture, planters, bar tops, signage, event décor | Reclaimed | Homes, cafés, event planners, retail | Quoted per piece |
*Illustrative only. The definitive number is the one on your quote — it reflects live stock, your exact spec, and any volume discount.
Who buys from a circular yard
Pallets are the quiet infrastructure under almost every physical business in Southern Arizona. We supply across the map — and because we grade honestly, each industry gets the strength it needs without overpaying for lumber it won't use.
Warehousing & 3PL
High volumes of graded 48×40 GMA for racking, LTL and full-truckload freight — plus buy-back on the empties they generate.
Grocery, breweries, growers
Clean recycled stock for closed loops, and new builds where cleanliness or a specific footprint matters.
Manufacturing & machining
Heavy-load and point-load custom builds, skids for machinery, and crates for high-value or fragile output.
International shippers
ISPM-15 heat-treated, stamped platforms built to clear customs on outbound freight.
Builders & landscapers
Utility-grade pallets for staging material, plus bulk bins for aggregate and reclaimed board for on-site projects.
Cafés, events & retail
Upcycled furniture, bar tops, signage and matched fixture sets built from reclaimed pallet lumber.
Graded honestly, or not sold at all
A yard is only as good as its worst pallet. Ours runs on one rule: an “A” really is an A when it hits your dock.Every recycled unit clears a structural checklist before it's sorted, and anything that can't be brought to standard economically is dismantled and recycled rather than resold. New and custom builds are cut to your written spec and inspected before they load. Upcycled goods are de-nailed, planed, sanded and finished by hand.
- Structure over looks — we grade for load path and fastening, not just a clean face.
- No hidden hazards — no protruding nails, split stringers, or contaminated wood leaves the yard.
- Honest grades — the grade you pay for is the grade you receive, load after load.
- Written specs on custom work — footprint, construction and treatment agreed before we build.

Every product keeps wood in the loop
Buying from EcoPallet isn't only a purchasing decision — it's a small sustainability win baked into your supply chain. A reused 48×40 keeps roughly 40 lb of solid wood and about 11 board-feet of lumber in circulation and skips the emissions of milling fresh timber. Accessories are bought once and reused for years instead of becoming disposable packaging. Even our upcycled goods are the last, best link in a loop that starts with a pallet too tired to ship.

Buying across the catalog
Are your products new or used?
Both, side by side. Our recycled and accessory lines lean heavily on reclaimed material we buy, retrieve and refurbish, while our new & custom builds and most upcycled commissions use fresh or graded lumber. On any given product we'll tell you plainly whether you're getting new, recycled, or a mix — and price each accordingly.
Which products can ship internationally?
Any wood platform bound for export must carry a valid ISPM-15 heat-treatment stamp. Our new & custom pallets can be built and stamped to that standard on request, and some recycled stock already carries a valid HT mark. Accessories and upcycled goods are generally domestic. Flag ‘export’ on your quote and we'll pull or build compliant units.
Do you keep everything in stock all the time?
Recycled pallets and common accessories rotate through the yard continuously, so availability shifts week to week — the fastest way to confirm is to ask. New, custom and upcycled items are made to order against a firm lead time. Either way, one quote covers current stock plus anything we need to build.
Can you match a sample I already have?
Usually, yes. Bring or photograph an existing pallet, collar or piece of furniture and we'll match the footprint, construction and finish as closely as the reclaimed stream allows. For pallets we can replicate the exact spec in new lumber; for upcycled goods we design to your reference.
